I’ve traveled to Orlando on and off for the last 15 years, several times a year and this was the first time I had stayed at this property and I will never stay at another hotel! This was AMAZING! We had the two bedroom suite, and even though we are only a family of two, it was nice that we each had our own space. Loved sitting on the balcony and just looking out. Pool area was everything and more for a day of relaxing. The only negative I have to say about this property is the bar staff in the pool area is subpar. Their tip is already worked into your final tab and their customer service and attitude reflects that. I waited at the bar for 20 minutes and kept asking if I could be served and I kept just getting the finger to hold on over and over again while other people were walking up and getting serve served right away because they happen to walk up when the bartender was finishing up someone else. There was nothing friendly or remarkable about any of the bar staff and that’s such a disappointment because we picked this hotel based on the pool area. That being said, that would not deter me from coming back. I would just not utilize the bar. I do wish there were laundry in the rooms, it looks like maybe in the future there will be because there are hook ups or that was from a past renovation. That would’ve made my stay even easier. Most people I would imagine that visit the Orlando area Stay for multiple days if not weeks and in room washer and dryer is a huge perk.

Pricing it’s great for its size. It’s on the Margaritaville property, which is really nice because you have access to so many other pools and amenities which makes it great. It was a new building so a lot of things were still under construction, and the staff and service was not at full operational yet

This place has the best rooms at a great price. They are new, clean and spacious. We have stayed here on Two different occasions and both times were great. My only complaints are with the breakfast. When we are there we are on vacation, so we don’t want to get up at 7am to get moving. The breakfast ends at 9, which seems early, too early. Most other hotels end at 10 or 10:30 which is more reasonable for a family, especially one with 4 teenagers that want to sleep in a little. The food was good, except for the pancakes. They were hard as a rock and unedable. My last complaint is that you are not allowed to bring any food to go. Sometimes my husband will get up early and bring me breakfast/coffee back to our room. They do not allow this here, which is disappointing. Like I said we are on vacation, we want to relax and have a leisurely morning.

My husband and I had the best time. Upon our arrival, I met two beautiful women at the front desk that made our check-in easy. They were excellent and personable. Food and shopping was within walking distance and for us that was a plus. It’s definitely by far one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. We plan on returning in the near future with family and friends. Our vacation was amazing. Our suite was clean and beautiful. The bathroom was EVERYTHING! I’m definitely recommending.

Everything about this property was wonderful! My family and I enjoyed the room, the pool, the restaurant, breakfast, and the evening drinks and snacks! It was within walking distance to so many restaurants, games, and shops. We will definitely be back!

This property gave me international resort vibes in Florida. It really was an oasis. I had a two bedroom and our party was five, three were children. The entire property is clean. The staff from the front desk to the support staff were polite and professional. Great location, if you only want to drive a couple of minutes for access to restaurants, you're in a perfect location. It's also not too far out from the theme parks. TIP: There is a $40 daily resort fee that will be deducted from your $300 incidental hold at check out. Suggestion for the property: The weekday breakfast hours should be extended by at least one hour. Breakfast ending at 9am is inconvenient especially in the Orlando area where people are spending exhausting hours in the theme parks. Getting myself and three children ready to catch breakfast was a lot AND a couple of days, there was barely any food left even at 8am.
