"The advert implied that breakfast was included in the price of our stay, it was not. The television was out of order and despite the assurance that it would be repaired, it was not. The water in the shower was extremely hot, scorching, there was no cold water to tone down the heat. "

"Best walking location for Universal! Cut through a long parking lot and your right at the walking bridge. The breakfast was diverse (eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, etc.). Friendly, professional staff. Very clean."

Restaurant prices were ridiculously high. Sat by pool and had drinks $18 for a beer and same $18 for a fruity non alcoholic kids drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
