"Used the shuttle service to universal . You have to reserve. Spot the day before . Pool bar was closed the one day we decided to sot by it. Cafe was cute , the could have used some more help , tended to get very busy and the ladies working it didnt seem thrilled about it . Bed was okay. Room service knocked at our door 2 separte times before checkout time. "

I complained but they refuse to give me refund or any free nights. This is not a standard of four point Sheraton at all…..not a Marriott standard at all. Room was like motel 6 kind category. Very very disappointed. Mold on the ceiling inside room near bathroom entrance. "
