"There’s was no shuttle "

"Confusing layout. All doors are outside. Basically clean buts needs an update. Looks more luxurious in the pictures."

"Check-in and checkout was a smooth process. Plenty of staff to help assist. The food Buffett and options were delicious. The rooms were clean but sofa bed had sheets with stains and every pillow was flat. We asked for new sheets and some better pillows. Beds were comfy enough for the several day stay. The bus was convenient but ran late several times due to traffic for the pickup at theme parks. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Pros: just a beautiful pool area. Hot tubs, several different pools and gorgeous grounds. Cons: The wait time for food at the resort restaurants, was very long. An hour for the coffee shop and waited an hour and never got seated at the Grill. Hard push for time share, including an 8:30 morning call that woke us up."

"Stayed a week at the Dolphin in a King Delux Suite. The experience was great and the Swan & Dolphin are one of my favorite places to stay on the Disney property. So many places to eat and things to do. I also enjoy the walking distance to Epcot, Boardwalk and Hollywood Studios. The property is well maintained and should be for the price in resort fees. Staff was exceptional and the buses were efficient. The king size bed had a huge concave in the middle and not very comfortable. My kid did enjoy the fold out sofa bed which seemed comfortable. Also expect to pay an additional $100/night for resort and parking fees. We self parked for $40/night. I expected it from past experiences but I don't understand why they just don't roll that all into one price. I could see how it would make people upset because going to Disney is already expensive and to get hit with additional fees after your vacation could turn people off. For a week, I paid an additional $531 for parking and resort fees so keep that in mind if you budget your vacation."
