The resort itself is beautiful. Amenities are nice but busy. We were in an older building and a smaller 1 bedroom room. The full kitchen was tiny. The fridge and oven were not not full size which was not accurately described in the listing. Not much room to cook or sit down and relax (living area) so if you are looking for extra space make sure you are clear on what you are getting. Staff was extremely friendly but room was only cleaned twice in 7 days there.

Clean room. Love the informational texts. They have trash shoots on each floor and I had no idea until the last day I was there so that would be good to have known. It’s private property which makes it even better. One suggestion would be offering some type of shuttle to and from them parks seeing as other hotels offer it but otherwise it was an amazing place to stay at

Rooms were clean and in a great location if traveling to any of the local Disney parks, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove etc. (there is no transportation provided despite online stating so). The pools were perfect for kids with shallow areas as well as kid friendly amenities. The property is large but easily walkable. They do try to push a timeshare quite a bit. Would definitely stay again!

The room was very spacious and clean, the staff were super helpful and the pools were very fun! The location wasn’t too far from the different Disney theme parks which was a nice perk. The only thing I didn't like is that the room had an electrical issue where the breaker kept popping therefore shutting down the entire room, their maintenance guy had to show us how to fix the switch so that every time it popped we could just do it ourselves rather than have to call through our cell and wait in the dark for someone to show up.

Pools were great!!! Loved the mini kitchen. Restaurant was way better than expected! Room was clean BUT smelled wet and mildewy. Like the carpets had water damage and didn’t get aired out. However, still great place for the price!

Beautiful resort! Clean! The one bedroom villa without a balcony was still perfect for our needs. Rooms was stocked with coffee, salt and pepper, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap and cooking needs. Would stay here again! 10/10!!

The resort itself is beautiful, but our room was literally over a construction site. They are building an excavating a new pond that view was just dirt and mud and the bulldozer is fired up at 7 AM.
