I enjoyed my stay however the property do have a lot of upgrading going on therefor they start working at 7 AM and the room that we were in in building 11 was right below the remodeling so they woke us up at 7 AM with all of the drilling and banging on the walls, so that was the only issue I had with with my stay

The resort is currently under construction, booked for water slide park which can’t be used, the building to our room was blocked off due to construction so we had to go 2 buildings over to get to our room and the elevators were broken and i had 2 disabled kids not worth the money paid

We booked this place for the splash pad and it was currently taken apart. It would have been nice to know this before hand as we would have booked somewhere else. The resort fees don’t include parking - which should also be mentioned bc we were hit with an additional $300 US bill. Breakfast is expensive for an all you can eat buffet. The halls are filthy with cobwebs everywhere. The amount of money that ppl spend here , this place needs to do better for a holiday inn. Also not enough outdoor seating by the pools.

Very nice place. Property seems to be undergoing a much needed upgrade. Once completed, property will be new and shiny like many other hotels in the area. Nice amenities for families not doing the parks every day.

I’ll start with the check in process being horrible the longest lines I’ve seen for a hotel check in. On top of that we asked for pool view. When we checked in we were told they didn’t have any and it was overly booked that weekend. Not my problem! The fee once we paid for the hotel online said we had to pay $40 on the property but we ended up having to pay $80 instead. Once we got our room key we were ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK of the hotel where mind you where ALL construction was going. There was construction everywhere. Had I’ve known all this before we would have NEVER booked here. Also, there were about 2 roaches in our bedroom on the ceiling. For the $$ spent I’m highly disappointed.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making our stay relaxing from start to finish. Housekeeping was phenomenal. Consistently thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly dedicated to maintaining a high standard each day. The entire staff was helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Karima truly stood out and made our experience unforgettable. From the very first day of our week-long stay, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Her positive attitude and constant cheerfulness brought such a warm, uplifting energy that made a lasting impression. She’s an absolute gem and a big part of why our stay was so enjoyable.

Wasn't a good experience. Waited in line over an hour to check in. We got to our room and we literally had no wash cloths, no hand towels and no bath towels. There was only one pillow on the bunk bed and no blanket. We asked for all those items and we got everything in a little over an hour except for the wash cloths and hand towels. Then when I laid my head on the pillow I felt something in the pillow case and it had someone's driver's license in it so now I know the room must not have been cleaned since the pillow case was never removed and replaced with a clean one and to top it off the elevator didn't work and we were on the 6th floor. My sons girlfriend had back surgery and has numerous metal rods in her back so trying to bring luggage etc. up all those flights of stairs was not easy. Overall experience I would never stay here again. After seeing the driver's license of the person that was last laying his head on the same pillow as me without a clean pillowcase was an uneasy feeling to say the least. I don't understand why our room was not cleaned and stocked with linens after checking in at 6pm and the early 10am check out is a bit early considering your check in starts at 4pm and technically don't get to your room for at least an hour later.

Checked in early at 1pm expecting to have some great experience. The keys given were not working. And the logistical nightmare to send the security to my room to allow me into the room took forever. Finally after I went into the room, I saw the bathroom floor towels were missing. I was told to wait in the room for someone to come with the towels. I waited and they took forever to arrive. When I gave up and came out of the room and started walking out, the guy with the towels met me at the stairs. I explained to him that I am going out and I don't have the keys to my room I just walked out of he told me he didn't have the keys either and causing me to walk back to my door again and wait for security again to open the door and the security again never showed up. At which point he was handing out the towels to me saying he can't wait. I also said that I am not going to hold the towels like a fool for the security to show up and he left with the towels. And then when I went downstairs towards the pool, the security met me downstairs at the elevator saying they are coming to my room. Went to the checkin, stood in the long line and got the new keys. It was already 4:00 PM by now. At which point I walked to the pool towards the pool but they closed the pool because of the rain. Meanwhile, I was telling every front desk, maintenance person I met to send towels to my room. I went into the room and no towels arrived. Kept calling from my room from 4:00 to 6:00 PM while the children wer

Shuttle was easy to find but hours to park were not great so I drove to the parks. Outdoor pool was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Only downside was elevator broke down in my building and we had to use stairs

The room was spacious, clean and nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful with every request I had. The outdoor pool was perfect for the family. The hotel is under construction which can be tricky at times but don’t let that ruin all the fun your family can have here.
