We had a great stay here for our vacation and would definitely return! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The rooms were spacious and equipped with a convenient kitchenette, including a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and sink, which was a nice bonus during our stay.
The breakfast was solid, with a good variety including eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and more. The location is excellent—right across from Universal Studios—and the area felt safe and typical of a tourist-friendly zone.
It’s approximately a 22-minute walk to the CityWalk entrance (via the valet walkway), and the hotel also offers a free shuttle throughout the day to Universal Studios and Epic Universe. Uber rides typically ranged from $10–$16 depending on the time and ride type, and about $22 to Epic Universe.
The hotel is also close to Premium Outlets, along with plenty of shopping and dining options. Disney World is about a 20-minute drive from this location.
The only downsides were the parking and bathroom layout. Parking costs $25 per day and must be paid through your phone via a third-party company (PMC). It was also unclear how closely the parking area is monitored. That said, the parking spaces themselves were large and plentiful.
The bathroom—specifically the toilet and shower area—felt very tight and a bit cramped. But it was okay since we were barely in the room.
