Arrived at 1:30 am as our flight arrived at midnight at Orlando Airport.
We were so disappointed with the rude reception at the front desk as the person seemed very annoyed by our questions, called 4 times and sent 3 messages prior to arrival and had zero response, just wanted to make sure late check in will be ok.
Room was fine as expected as we have been in a different SpringHill property, the disappointment was the extra charges as nothing was mentioned during reservation, qas only notified with the extra charges in the confirmation email.
Breakfast was a disaster, they close half of the service area by 9:00 am or before even though Breakfast supposed to be until 9:30 am.
Most of the food items are gone with no replacement by 9:00 am
It gets very crowded with long lines since half of the areas was closed.
People crowd all areas as it is not organized at all, people waitby specific items when it is empty, waiting for more.
Complete disappointment.
