フロント対応 早朝に到着しましたが、チェックインをし部屋に通してくれた為、その日の予定に非常に役立ちました。予想していなかった対応で非常に感謝しております。 朝食 ドイツらしい素朴なブレックファースト。必要充分だと思います。日曜日にスタートタイムを間違えて30分程早く会場へ。しかしながら、臨機応変にご対応いただき、その後のスケジュールもしっかりこなせました。心から感謝しております。 部屋 屋根部屋でした。ちょっと憧れてたので個人的に嬉しかったです。家族三人、広さ充分。必要充分な設備で満足しています。ヨーロッパならではの明るさ（薄暗い）も癒されます。 立地 駅から北口すぐですので、治安面でもほとんど気になることはありませんでした。 観光 フランクフルトを起点にICEでシュツットガルト、ニュルンベルク、ケルン＆ボン、ライプツィヒと堪能できました。 スタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました

Eigentlich hatte ich noch das Flemings Hotel gebucht, um das letzte Mal das legendäre Flemings Frühstück zu genießen… Leider kam dann Cloud One… Ich hoffe das Hotel wird sich spürbar verbessern… Momentan gleicht alles noch einer Baustelle und das Frühstück war eher 08-15 Motel One Standard Das einzige, was wirklich extrem gut war, war die Matratze im Zimmer. Absolut top!

Missing laundry and Bad hotel management

Very bad management. We booked a family room as we are travelling in family of 4, with 2 young kids. We arrived late at 7pm to check in, and only told that theres no fanily room for us, they offered us x2 separate rooms, and assumed that we are happy with havubg 2 rooms instead if 1. How are we supposed to split our luggage and stay in 2 separate rooms with 2 young kids! Due to changing hotel management, Hotel staff was also unsure of whether they can take in laundry service for guests, i have to call every morning to check. On the last day of our stay, my laundry went missing, they blamed it on the laundry company, and promised to call me for a solution, i have waited for 4 days (and still waiting) and no one has ever contacted me! I wrote an email to them and no response to date. I was also promised to be given receipt of payment after i check out (they were not able to geberate recipt for me due to changing system) but i have received nothing. How bad can a hotel be managed? I am still waiting for an appropriate response from them now!

50m från tågstationen vilket var bäst! Området i sig kändes inte super säkert på kvällen. Hotellet var perfekt för att sova och äta frukost i/ inte mer. Nya fräscha badrum, annars lite gammal inredning, hotellet är också gammalt men gjorde jobbet för kort visit.

フランクフルト中央駅から数十メートルのところにあり非常に便利ですが、駅周辺の治安が悪いので要注意。部屋にちょっとした不具合があったが、すぐに対応してくれた。バスタブ付きの部屋だったのが良かった。部屋のWIFI のスピードも十分。エアコンは冷房と送風のみで、暖房は窓下のラジエーターによるのがありがたい。
