The shuttle to and from Universal was a great perk. It does pick up at a couple other hotels on the way there, but was still quick. You do have to reserve your spots in advance. The hotel was pretty nice. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the Starbucks in the mornings. Our room smelled like mildew or something, but the staff agreed to let us change rooms when we inquired.

We visited for my birthday and we picked this hotel due to its proximity to the Universal studios parks. We really appreciated that the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the park at different times throughout the day. The bar/restaurant that was in the lobby was also fantastic. My husband and I spent some time chatting with the Food and beverage director, Dolphy. He was super friendly and made our trip memorable. We made such great memories on this trip and I will definitely be booking here for our trip next year!
