"Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. The biggest concern was the bathroom — it was very old and there were cockroaches, which was really unacceptable. On top of that, the cleaning was not done properly. I noticed hairs on the bathroom walls, which made it feel unhygienic. the clothing closet felt unusual, almost like it was built around an electrical unit, which was a bit odd. Another major inconvenience was the parking. The garage door system was frustrating because the room keys didn’t work. We later found out that you have to call the hotel each time to get in or out. The reception experience was also disappointing. They didn’t assist us until they saw an ID from the person who booked the room, which made things unnecessarily complicated. And at the middle of the night something fell off while we were sleeping "

"This resort was beautiful. Really great for families wanting more space and a nice pool and activities area. We loved playing pickleball and the water slides. The decor throughout the property was so well thought out and modern but colorful. The unit and kitchen was perfectly appointed. I was so impressed with this property including the staff. The internet and TV were not working properly while we were there but assume this will get resolved. "

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean too. The property however can definitely use an upgrade though. Tiling, aroma, carpeting, furniture wall art including the front desk area… But again and most importantly… the staff were friendly and the place was clean. I would return. "

"The villa was beautiful. It looked and felt almost brand new. The pool and property were also very nice. I like the fact that the entire property was gated and you had a parking space reserved for your villa right out your door. "
