"Stayed here many times but this time room was not cleaned properly. The shower was nasty with hair everywhere. Thank goodness I travel with my cleaning tote hooray for Clorox. "

"The front desk staff was not friendly. I expressed I wasn’t satisfied with my stay and she said she was sorry to hear that and didn’t ask for suggestions as to improvement. We were placed on the 1st floor right in front of the ice machine. It was very noisy. The cleaning staff conversed loudly beginning at 7am. We were also charged a per diem to park our car on top of a parking tax. Orlando has hundreds of choices of places to stay. Next time I’ll choose some place else."

"Staff was the best honestly. I will say the cleaners I feel like either skipped cleaning our room or just weren’t aware there were people in it. Our room wasn’t clean/ sheets weren’t changed nor a single day were there. We had to ask for sheets and towels and changed them ourselves "
