Beautiful property at a great location. Breakfast was really good and had pretty much all the options you could think of. No complaints except that the parking and resort fee was added on top of the room rates even though I had no time to use the amenities like swimming pool, lazy river, etc.

Very good stay here. Staff was very friendly. Resort was beautiful and my daughter enjoyed the pool every day even in cooler temps outside (pool was heated). Room was cleaned and tidied daily, room service was kind and friendly, staff very helpful when needed. One thing to be aware of is parking if you have a vehicle. 38.00 a day. But the hotel was overall wonderful so it made that part not as terrible…. Would be beneficial if they offered an airport shuttle but they don’t.

The staff was very courteous, from the room service like Illyam to Dalton in the bellhops and the front service desk welcoming us Tuesday, Dec 30 about 4 PM(a very friendly gentleman, but his name escapes me, I am sorry). It was a very easy to park for the most part, but one night we had trouble finding self parking. I think it was New Year’s Eve. Otherwise, the ease of going in and out was very good with the key card. The ease of getting right to our elevator and going to our room each night was also good. We definitely would stay at the Hilton Orlando again. Thank you.

Nice clean lobby and elevators. Beautiful bar in pool. Lovely restaurants downstairs. Lazy river and hot tub clean and beautiful

Great spot for destination event. Can't afford this luxury on the reg. Parking was $38. Resort fee $40 and it rained the whole weekend. Sigh......
