I like this hotel but the second day and third day bothered me for breakfast. The first day was fine but Wednesday rubbed me wrong. I stood in the line to get hot food. The woman serving didn’t ask anyone before me for room keys than when it got to me she did I explain I left my key in my room and she hesitated to serve me until I said she didn’t ask the people before me and that I verbally gave my room number. She told me next time have your key I said no problem than after me she didn’t ask any customer but I brushed it off. Next day on my check out day she asked for my card again I showed it to her this time but again she no one else. I felt uncomfortable because I am black and she wasn’t asking anybody else even when my husband came down she asked him and nobody else. If yall have individual stealing breakfast this place need to find a better way because when I was present none of the other ethic groups were asked just us which gave us pause. This experience made me very uncomfortable I wouldn’t stay here again.

Property was very clean and staff was super nice. But the surprise 24 dollar charge to park on the property was unacceptable. This will keep me from returning to this hotel ever again. Sad because it was a lovely hotel. But I’ve never had to pay to park at a hotel I’ve paid good money to stay at.

It is our fourth experience staying at Element hotel. We like the tranquility, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff. This time Marilyn welcomed us, she was super friendly doing her job. I definitely recommend it and I assume I will return to that hotel.
