Best thing hands down was the breakfast. The parking situation is a bit confusing. The room had alot of damage in different areas towel rack was hanging and parts of the mirror were coming off etc etc we got the suite which is their bigger room . The staff was friendly.

This hotel has been by far the BEST HOTEL. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room very spacious and very clean. It’s very close to water parks and fast food restaurants. I will be booking again in the future.

PROS: Dogs allowed Elevators very fast Rooms very clean and we had the one with the kitchenette was setup great. Had its own little living room area, working desk station, and an island with chairs. Spacious bathroom Nice and clean pool Splash pad for kids Complimentary breakfast- egg station, waffle station, yogurt, coffee etc. Very simple and basic but really all you need. CONS: Check in was a little slow but maybe the front desk girl was new? The parking situation is a little ridiculous. It's an open parking lot and I just think they can charge people way less than $26 per day.

The breakfast was as expected, and I really appreciated the room upgrade we received. However, the room provided to us had a very strong moldy smell, and there was noticeable mold in the room. This was the only major issue that made me dissatisfied with our stay. I was also disappointed with the parking situation. The parking fee was only disclosed after the reservation had already been made, which I believe should have been clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, I appreciated the upgrade and the breakfast, but the mold smell in the room and the unexpected parking fee negatively affected our experience.

The property was clean, quiet, and conveniently located near many restaurants and attractions. However, the downside of my stay was that the air conditioner in my room stopped working. I reported the issue to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, it was not repaired during my stay. As a result, I had to sleep in an uncomfortably hot room. While I appreciated the cleanliness and location of the property, the lack of working air conditioning significantly affected my overall experience.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel so you know I was pleased with the property. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is great, close to theme parks, great dining and shopping. Would definitely stay again.
