Booked a King Bed Room. Was given a 2 full beds room upon arrival. Corporations, what can you do? They only care if the rooms are filled, just like every corporate round table. No concern whatsoever about what room they give you. They just want it filled.

The hotel and the room were very clean. The breakfast was really good it included omelets, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. Parking is free at this hotel and it’s very close to Universal Studios and Epic.

We had a wonderful stay. We were extremely tired that day after our daughter’s graduation early in the morning and being awake since very early hours. When we checked in at 3:00 PM, we truly needed some rest to continue the day, and the room was absolutely perfect for that. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the included breakfast was exceptional. A special thank you to Farah at the front desk for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. She made our stay even more pleasant.
