"The amenities in the room are great… There’s a lot of space, a washer dryer, and a full kitchen. Our patio opened right up onto the pool and lazy river area. The property was very clean and the staff were friendly."

"The check-in process was ridiculous. It was like being in line at the airport.The entire building had a strange odor. The sofa in my suite was dirty and had cup stains on the armrest. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low that you have to flush 2 to 3 times."

"Water was coming up through the floorboards but they let us change rooms. Fun hotel so expect there to be movement and noise during the day. "

"The room was clean and the staff helpful. Amelia in peacock alley was a gem! Some other servers were pleasant. Food for room service was ok not great. I expected a bit more luxury given the type of property but it just seemed like any other really nice hotel. Buddha (valet) was so pleasant and a nice person! All in all a good stay. "
