The room was very clean. However, just like all of the Disney resorts, the walls are paper thin. Thankfully our neighbors were pretty quiet, but you could hear them do everything, especially flushing the toilets. So for a room that was over $300 a night it was not quiet enough unfortunately. Everything else though was very nice. No other complaints.

A staff handled our check in process was not cheerful while visitor(we) are excited about our resort experience. I used exchange this time. I do not think I would come back this place again.

It was gorgeous, rooms were amazing. Staff was nice other than they calling the police on me for using my drone for 2 minutes and having to deal with the police for hours. Yay

Great resort, staff unhappy

Cute resort! He a great time. Staff a little snarky. They removed some services due to COVID, however it wasn’t clear what they were and weren’t doing. And the staff appeared upset when you didn’t understand. Such as, they wouldn’t change linens because of linens. However I reviewed all communication and in room collateral and it didn’t state that anywhere, but they were upset I didn’t know. When I asked for new towels, they brought dirty ones. Again, great time, but sure didn’t communicate little things. Lastly, the charged for parking but didn’t ever once tell me. I don’t mind paying, was just odd that it was again, entirely not communicated.

spacious great housekeeping several small issues were reported but not taken care of while we were there. Need to replace the kitchenware as to pots and pans which were non stick but all scratched up.

We were upgraded to a Vacation Club Villa (not sure why, but could have been due to our 4 am arrival. We appreciated the extra room! Unfortunately they forgot to clean one of the rooms and bathrooms, making a late night even later.

Not Magical

We are Disney Annual Passholders and always wanted to stay at Old Key West. Redeemed a free night from hotels.com to help with the $400/nt price tag. The only positives were Olivia's restaurant and the beauty of the area. The room was well stocked with towels and coffee essentials. Boats took us to Disney Springs and buses took us to the park. However, the room had a few bugs; if I had to kill one more bug I would consider it an infestation. The room was not ready when we checked in so we didn't get in till after park hours. Then we asked for a 12p check out ( regular check out is at 11a) and were denied. At $400/nt, I didn't think that was a terrible request. The place is mammoth. There are no elevators to go to 2nd floor, and there are no ice machines anywhere in the vicinity of your room. We could either go to the pool area for ice or back up to the front where we checked in. That was at least a me away. When I say mammoth, I'm talking a city. I would not stay here again.
