"When checking in, I was asked multiple times to confirm the number of guests, when I did I also informed them that I had people who would be arriving later at night. I wrote their name down on a sticky note but they never added their names to the reservation. They arrived at 3am and were unsuccessful checking in and ended up having to sleep in the car. I was very disappointed and saddened with the experience as I thought the staff would have been much more attentive to help make sure this wouldn’t happen especially in the check-in experience "

"Water was coming up through the floorboards but they let us change rooms. Fun hotel so expect there to be movement and noise during the day. "

"Beautiful pool area. Lots of walking trails yhru out complex. Ease of checking in/out, plenty of parking, Beautiful pool area. really close to resteraunts, shops & 5 minute drive to entrance to Disney Parks & lots of great dining & shopping short distance. 5 to 10 minute drive. 1/2 milr from I-4 freeway, 20 minute drive to MCO Airport..Quaint Disney village of Celebration less than 1 mile for beautiful shops & dining."

"This is an excellent option for anyone wanting to stay in the Disney Springs area. The amenities are nice, the free breakfast and happy hour are extensive and tasty. The fact that they don’t charge a resort fee is a major plus. If you don’t want to stay on a Disney property, this is an outstanding option!"
