"Everything about the trip had been going sideways; delayed flight, long wait in baggage claim, even longer wait for shuttle to car rental. Then I got a text from Kathy at Seasons Florida Resort telling me what to do for a late check-in & even reminding me of the address to put in the GPS to get to the property. Getting the key to our room after hours was easy, and the room was clean, roomy, & cool. The beds were comfortable, the TV worked, and the shower was good. The morning staff cheerfully gave us an extra hour late check-out and recommended a great place for breakfast. I highly recommend Seasons Florida Resort for a clean, comfortable & safe stay in Orlando with helpful & friendly staff. "
"The property was centrally located just a short distance from Disney. It was family friendly with a basketball court, tennis court, volleyball, mini golf, and a gameroom. There were multiple pools and hot tubs, and daily activities. We had a 2 bedroom suite that accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Our 1st room had a very strong mildew smell, but the staff was very polite and changed our room without a problem. We would definitely stay here again!!!"

"When I checked in there was a lady behind counter talking to the guy standing on the side of the window asked for my ID then asked for money then hand me my key NO other communication was given, she did answer the phone 2 times but said something is Spanish like she was aggravated to answer the phone. I had to go back in the Office on Saturday because the key was turned off, I told the lady (a Different lady) she took card did whatever she had to do and then sat card on the counter and said there. I feel the customer service there needs to be changed the hotel isn't Hilltop but it's still a good hotel they should be friendly and helpful."
