This is one of my go-to spots whenever I am in the Kissimmee area. I've stayed here multiple times and never saw one bug or have had one problem. They have lots of cameras so it's pretty safe, the staff is nice, and it's a perfect location. It may not have a modern look, but outside of that this is a great spot to stay

Check in was quick and easy Christain was very professional answered all my questions. The room I was given was Perfect and Very Clean. I would definitely recommend to stay here, right on the bus line to Disney and MCO.

As fair as it gets

Good expectations for the price. Staff was friendly and the beds were comfy which is all I need. Pillows were a little bit too soft for me but that's my preference! I would def stay again!!

Rock star life style uber edition

I came through one night and the owner Veto said I can keep coming back if I am working for my room nightly ubering. He is a very generous man and I love staying here. I can come early for check in and told the status of rooms right away. I can come late at night and still get a room and checked in really quick. And when I had a problem due to staffing. Veto and management took care of things and offered me 2 free nights. You can’t beat that. And it’s perfect for my uber 👍

The staff is amazing I have never seen anything better we were scared were to stay cuz our flight didn’t land at Orlando until 2 in the morning and the check in time was wayy last due but once we got the the staff checked us in and we had no issues. The rooms aren’t bad you get what you payed for the area isn’t bad could be worse there’s a bunch of fast food restaurants around the area. Great place to stay if you don’t mind stepping down from upper class

Front desk service was great, very nice and friendly; we felt welcomed. Has a late night check in, which is great if you’re a planning to drive right to a Disney’s park and heading to hotel after closing time at the park. The room I booked wasn’t available, but quickly resolved and relocated. This hotel is old and very poorly maintained. It has everything you need from a basic hotel room: mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer. The faux leather desk chair was all peeled off, bathroom door had a very bad paint job and the room smelled horrible. Had bad luck with the noisy neighbors late at night and early in the morning. The location is convenient for stores and restaurants; Disney’s parks are 15 minutes away.

I am going to start out by stating this place is fine if you need a cheap bed to sleep on and want to be nearby some things. That part was fine. Now the detailed review. I am poor at planning and budgeting and found this place for what I thought was a good deal per night (around $50 per night) Boy was I wrong. I won't get into major details but here is a short list of the major problems: -Mold on shower head and curtain -Funky smelling/tasting water (sink) -Roaches (at least 2 per day) -Weird hole in ceiling above shower -No cable or tv services -Questionable red stains on sheets -Unfished/cleaned up paint -Lights wouldn't stay on -AC only worked on lowest fan setting (kind of sucked with Florida temps) Minor problem -Racoons and kittens around dumpster (maybe a selling point) Staff was pretty cool for the one person we dealt with, super friendly and helpful overall. Again if you need a cheap place to lay your head, this might work for you, but do not expect anything nice out of it. I highly recommend the owners clean up the area properly and this might just be a go to hotel for the location.

This is my second stay at RW Hotel. First and foremost- the staff is EXCELLENT!! Very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The hotel has deteriorated since my last stay a year ago. I think they are trying hard, but it does need some more maintenance. I stayed in the same room I stayed in last year by request. I had some roaches in the room which were promptly addressed by the excellent staff. The light above the vanity was burned out, but the overall cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. I brought my own towel, toiletries and hair dryer. There was a lot of trash around the dumpster area which probably caused the insect problem. I still love this little hotel and enjoyed my stay and appreciated the staff. They allowed a late check out when my flight was delayed. I hope they can bring the maintenance up to standard and I still recommend the hotel as a decent, affordable and friendly stay.

The check in was great, very friendly and personable staff! As for the room - that would be a negative rating, for a multitude of reasons. ●Cleanliness ●Comfort ●Amenities (or lack of) ●Hazardous conditions of room This room was occupied by myself and my family for 1 night. I will say, the outside was well lit. However, the beds were incredibly firm and very uncomfortable. There were random stains and attempts to paint over miscellaneous marks, throughput the room (especially the bathroom door) There were multiple holes in the ceiling in the bathroom. We were provided 2 towels - that were both stained and very stiff. Considering this room was suppose to accommodate 4 people, I did not anticipate having to share dirty towels. The fridge worked a little too well. Drinks we put in, froze solid. There was a strange odor in the room. Overall if given the choice of staying here again or sleeping in my car, I would sleep in my car. I paid $94 for this and it absolutely was not worth the money. Avoid at all costs! I absolutely feel like this stay should be refunded.
