「My experience was excellent. All of the staff were very accommodating and eager to help and so nice. I also mentioned at check in that I was celebrating my birthday weekend and when I returned to my room from the pool, the staff had placed a birthday gift for me. I enjoyed the lazy river and wave pool the most but all of the amenities were great! I will definitely be a returning guest.」

My only complaint is there were not enough towels to use at this property and we had no choice but to run out to get some at the last minute. The listing says the pool costs to heat but never specifies that the hot tub also costs to actually be hot. Would not recommend staying here. And my mom stepped on someone else’s toenail in her bathroom because it was poorly cleaned. But outside of property was nice. 」
