"All is new and perfectly upkept. 6 big elevators, mostly no delays. Rooms with ample space, very big closets with enough hangers for us 3 for 2 days. The safe in the room is very wide and deep, enough for laptops of typical size. Beds are extremely comfortable, not just because we are very tired after a full day in the park. Good space in 4 drawers and over furniture. Shower soap was bar soap, not in dispenser. Sofa gives extra space and comfort. Hallways and doors are wide enough to use the luggage carts easily. Blackout curtains really do their job. Cleaning service to the room is every other day but all you can need can be requested through text message. Luggage storage has lots of capacity and they take your lugagge before check in and after check out to conveniently enjoy the parks and/or hotel amenities. Can also park at the hotel before check in to go to the park. The shuttle is very convenient, included Epic Universe Park, but the path to walk to Epic is also very convenient, safe, and not long."
