"Very clean comfortable room with attentive guest services. Location was great! Only complaint was that in our room on the ground level by the entrance we were woken up each morning by trash services, people dragging suitcases down the stairs and taking in the hallway."

"A few issues in our room, padlock didn’t work but was fixed, drain in tub didn’t work but also fixed and garbage wasn’t emptied when room was cleaned but did eventually. Also had to fix AC-beautiful hotel but maybe a little comp due to the issues would have been nice"
