Roosevelt helped made sure our luggage was safe and secure, the front desk people that we got the right room, the housekeeper lady that we had everything, the restaurant servers as well wonderful and so were all the valet guys. "Great hotel. Wonderful in every way except for getting early check in and late check out. They got me in by about 1:30 and gave me to 1:30 checkout. Better than nothing. My credit card was left at the bar on the roof (they told me they lunch charge it to the room but I was told by the front desk that it should have worked. The hotel charged me $9.95 to send the card back to me "

"Excellent hotel in a great location. A few small changes would make every category a 5star....the TV isn't located to easily view while sitting on the sofa; a more central placement would allow people to use the sofa and watch while in bed. Also, there was no bathroom ventilation, so it quickly got steamy making it difficult to get ready. And there should be eighter a bathroom nightlight or a dimmer - turning the light on to use the facilities at night resulted in waking the whole room. "
