「Bad experience. I was unable to get expedia refund nor insurance refunded after a 3rd night cancel due to winter weather. Expedia trip insurance is fraudulent for not paying for the insured night. Room floor was sticky on arrival. Got sick from breakfast. Maintenance door in hallway permanently held open with towels?」

「The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful. Every time I saw a staff member they greeted me with a kind gesture. They treated me like I was important to them and made my stay quite pleasant. The hotel was very clean and easy to find off the interstate. Charleston is such a historic city, I always enjoy traveling there.」
