"price was good but the cleanliness was not there. Our toilet was full of dirt and hair, the tub had paint chipping off everywhere, we didn’t even feel comfortable showering, bedside lamps were rusting, lamp shades super dusty. i was also charged for parking, even after very clearly noting “no car” and have not received a response yet. "

"Our room was a disappointment: Wallpaper coming off walls, torn cushion on chair, toilet that kept running, tv remotes that did not work. That said, the location was fantastic! Easy to get everywhere. Apparently the building was the original Citadel, however there was no information on the history of it anywhere in the building and none of the staff (I asked 4 different people who worked the desk) knew anything about it. A missed opportunity to elevate a mediocre property in a historic town. Complimentary happy hour was a nice touch, "
