Had trouble understanding how to enter the property and parking was a bit tedious at first cuz I had never done a carousel before. But Kimberly stayed with me throughout the whole process and explained it very well. The Iris does accommodate one pet for a fee. 「Beautiful hotel, amazing roof top with view of the city. Staff is a bit pretentious and the bartender took a while to warm up to being pleasant. The room was spacious, bed comfortable. We stayed here to see a concert in Charleston. I would stay here again and hopefully staff has turned over and more pleasant people are hired who enjoy speaking with their guests. 」
