Everything was excellent, perfect location very close to great restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfy rooms and welcoming staff! Also rooftop bar was awesome, plus individual heaters keep you cozy while taking in the views!

For the price, this hotel is “just fine.” Nothing special or particularly interesting about it, the staff is okay, room is nice. Turndown service never showed up and the front desk simply said, “sorry, I’ll let them know” which wasn’t helpful at all. There were no little extras nor was there anything memorable other than I have $500+ less than I did yesterday. I will not remember this hotel.

Very nice high end, old school hotel with very polite service all around. Spacious rooms and hallways have a high end hotel feel. Nice upscale lobby restaurant. Great hotel location (It was too cold to use the outdoor roof bar and deck, but I’m sure it’s great in warm weather. ) My favorite feature was the abundant coffee service on our floor that was available all morning long. A great high end amenity. We would come back again. This trip we got a good rate too.

Staff was very courteous! Although lots of changes since I was there last. No doorman or valet at arrival. And we were given a room that overlooks the parking garage. ☹️The hotel did not appear to be busy or fully booked, so the view was very disappointing! There was a doorman on check out! Very nice and helpful with my luggage.

Loved our stay at this Beautiful hotel. Every detail is planned for a wonderful stay. Loved the rom setup and the towels. Continental breakfast on the floor and cookies in the afternoon with fresh fruit all day was delightful. The rooftop bar was amazing. The lobby restaurant was incredible. Best steak and sides on our trip to the South lease eat there. You will not regret it. Staff was incredible.
