Beautiful historic boutique hotel with all the southern charms. Comfortable, clean with some nice extra touches like free water and brekky. Also free parking across the street and right near the waterfront. Within walking distance of King Street and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Sheets luxurious, historic house so interesting, sitting on sunny veranda perfect, breakfast served in our room wonderful. Molly gave us a great tour and recommendations on things to do, which we might not have found on our own. Loved this hotel.

Wonderful stay in Charleston!

My husband and I were traveling with another couple and we all truly enjoyed our stay. The location, ambiance, food and staff were all wonderful. Our room in the Carriage House was comfortable and inviting. We would definitely love to stay here again!

If you are looking for a historical perspective and place to stay, this is definitely the place!! A small tour upon checking in, and a room that is a part of history!! Close to everything and right on the Battery!!
