「The property is conveniently, located to downtown Charleston, driving, but real close to the Yorktown exhibit. This was a back-up for a our family after a bad VRBO experience in downtown Charleston that was booked same day. Great property, nice pool, and bar tenders were awesome, including Taylor.」

「The room was fine. Everything was pretty clean. The staff member when I checked in was extremely rude. She asked for my payment card and when I told her the room was already paid for, she sighed at another staff member and rolled her eyes, then said she needed a card for incidentals. She should have said that from the start instead of asking for a payment card as if she was charging for the room again. This hotel has excellent coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, but not coffee maker in the room.
