「Stayed here many times when my son was at the Citadel. That was 20 plus years ago when it was Mainstay Suites. Now it is Candlewood and the upgrade is awesome. Everything was top notched. No, there is no breakfast bar nor is there a pool. But the free coffee was excellent. But I would still there again. I love clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.」

「The Shem Creek Inn was a good home base for us in Charleston. The hotel pool was great. The location overlooking the river was really fun for people watching! Hotel parking is really convenient. Walkable to several restaurants right on the water and a quick drive to other restaurants on Sullivan's Island. The hotel breakfast is ok. Not great, but easy. Fridge and microwave in the room were really helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area.」

「Our stay at Best Western at Patriots Point was excellent. I have nothing to say except we like having a coffee maker in our room. This hotel has excellent coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, but not coffee maker in the room. We will be visiting again and bring our coffee maker too 😃 I think the friendly staff was my favorite part. It really matters and thank you.」
