「The valet parking overnight is cheaper than nearby park and pay lots. The welcome drinks were a nice added touch, plus all the drinks and snacks in the mini fridge are included which was nice. The housekeepers were friendly & the come in and clean during the day and later in the evening they come do a turndown service. Complimentary breakfast was good also. Location was great and could easily walk most everywhere we wanted to go.」

「Definitely use the Valet because parking is a nightmare in downtown Charleston. Make sure when you book your stay to call the restaurant to make reservations as they get filled up quite quickly. Minutes away from the open air market. Beds are very comfortable.」

They did not tell me that there was a complimentary water bottle in the room for us; they offered no information about the hotel; we checked in and were handed a key and told the elevator was behind us. It felt very unwelcoming. Also, when checking out a different front desk person, she did not ask how our stay was or even...
