「Staff went above and beyond, advice, sunscreen, whatever we needed. Beyond that the availability of Fiji and Pelegrino waters was awesome to stay hydrated during a hot spell in Charleston」

「This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!」

「We were disappointed for a $500+ per night hotel. Mold in the shower, poop from the previous guest on the toilet. No turn down service that was advertised. Staff was very nice and the complimentary wine and snack hour in the afternoon was appreciated. But overall, not up to the standards of a luxury boutique hotel.」
