「The hotel is in a great central location, has free parking, and a shuttle (extra fee) if needed to sightsee downtown. It was clean, in a very safe area, and the lobby nicely decorated, although there is some need for maintenance around the property. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. 「I would not recommend this hotel. We chose it due to its location (close to Charleston), pool and breakfast. However it was difficult to appreciate due to disappointments we encountered. We arrived at the appropriate check-in time to find that 2 of our 3 rooms were not ready.
