「The receptionist was very rude. I asked her to look up my Hilton Honors account when I arrived to get points, but she never bothered. When I asked again if she had, she said that since I booked with Expedia, I wouldn't get any points, so she didn't want to look up my account, and then turned her back on me. Extremely rude.
