"Property was clean and well kept. Staff was polite and helpful. Free shuttle service was great getting us downtown. Location was great, right on the harbor close to the Yorktown battleship. Harbor view from room. Will book again"

"The location was great. Within walking distance from shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Staff was awesome and rooms clean and beds and pillows were awesome which to me is hard to find. I highly recommend this place!"

"Service was excellent, The Consierge was extremely helpful in finding the things we wanted to see and places to visit. The buffet was wonderful and the staff there were very accomodating and friendly. It was disappointing that there was no gife shop to pick up a souvenir. The safety grab bar in the tub was a plus for the hotel."

"Clarity on room configuration - I booked a premier room with “multiple beds” and it turned out to be one king bed with a pullout couch. I expected two queen beds. Also the breakfast could be improved. The value for money is not quite there. "
