"This hotel is in a great area. The staff was phenomenal, everyone I came in contact with was kind and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms themselves could use some deep cleaning and updating but over all I enjoyed my stay very much. I’d definitely come again. "

"The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage...

"Hotel is perfectly situated for walking/sighseeing. Although, the bathroom, for a suite was about as big as a closet, can’t imagine how small they must be in a regular room."

"Planters Inn was conveniently located to everything which was close by, However rooms in the detached building were not as nice and we requested to be changed as the rooms did not depict what the photos were presented upon making the reservation. Overall the location is the main attraction however rooms are very basic. Although beds were comfortable. "
