The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. We had drinks at the bar after dinners out and the bartender was very personable. The Palmetto is perfectly located near the City Market, Carriages and surrounded by five-star restaurants. Great place to stay.

Nice hotel but the amenities are minimal. We thought the gym would be nearby, meaning walkable but it's about a 10 minute drive or 38 minute walk.

Love this hotel. We live locally but stay over once or twice a year for our birthdays and anniversary. This is our new go to place to stay. Rooms are old Soughern charm decor. Bar is great for a cocktail and breakfast the next morning.

Great little boutique property with perfect location. Decor is beautiful, bar was great (try the espresso martini!), staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included continental breakfast was icing on the cake. Would recommend and would stay again. Best suited for couples of any age. Not really suited for families of young children.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Palmetto Hotel. The hotel and its decor is beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have encountered and the shower had great water pressure. Great location, excellent bar and drinks (especially the espresso martini). I would most definitely recommend staying here, especially for a girls trip.

We found the Palmetto upon our arrival and right off the bat, loved the amazing location right in the middle of everything… the waterfront, Historic District and French Quarter. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and so well maintained! We would absolutely recommend and stay there again!

The location of the Palmetto hotel was great. The front desk assistance was helpful and friendly. Our key to the room never worked, we had to go back to the front desk each time in order to activate the key. Breakfast very disappointing. Not enough sitting area Lobby serves as dining and gathering. Will try another hotel next time.
