"Stayed at Beach Club Beautiful, clean. Here are the downsides however 1-low water pressure at times 2- WiFi weakness that affects TV, 3- no microwaves on site for tenants and 4- outdated coffee maker on the Beach Club side. The resort staff was amazing especially Palima. She is awesome!!!!"

"The check-in process was great and she was amazing. Having access to the bar on the second floor was also wonderful. Everything we needed was nearby."

"Great view of the Atlantic. The water park is just a series of pools and hot tubs, with two water slides added on. It’s big, but nothing special. Check in was interesting. You check in at the office which is in a convention center across the street from the hotel itself. Good stay overall, our room had plenty of space for the whole family. "

"Pool was heated and really nice! Great hotel! Location was right between Charleston and Sullivan's Island to visit the beach! Loved it! Would stay there again!"

"When we first got there they put us in a room that was not what we agreed to on Expedia. The rooms are out of dated most of the room leaves more to be desired. With outdated furniture and appliances. A lot of abandoned vehicles are left in the garage which leads to minimum room for guest to park. I highly recommend people to start taking accurate pictures of this hotel because the ones online are very misleading as to the condition of the property."

"Wifi was great, All pools were heated which was a plus because it was really windy out. The beach is literally steps away. Room was clean we had a great view of the ocean. Kids had a great time. We will be back."
