We enjoyed our stay. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Boardwalk and Pier is walking distance. Beach is just few minutes away. We will definitely go back and stay. The nostalgia of a mom-and-pop place is just irreplaceable.

This little hotel was unexpected and just what I needed. I knew from the photographs that it was an older property but I was booking last minute so I didn’t have a lot of choices. It isn’t fancy but has an adorable classic vibe that totally makes up for that. It is very clean and you can’t beat the location. I felt safe staying alone with my 2 kids. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, I would definitely stay here again.

Locally owned. Owners go out of their way to make you comfortable. Very good location for our spring visit. Rooms were clean and neat. Pool was open and clean. The beach, boardwalk and the pier are steps away. Really neat to view the Blvd from the balcony while also having an ocean view.

We had THE BEST TRIP! Kitchen made it convenient to have sandwiches and snacks on hand. Pool was very relaxing, ocean was right across the street. They had chairs available to use at the beach. Wish we would've bbq'd. The area is perfect and close to everything in walking distance. Boardwalk one way, amusement park the other way and bars n restaurants in between. We stayed a week and HIGHLY recommend for any length of time. Every interaction was great with the staff and we can't wait to go back again. Thank you for a great trip!

Family run, small hotel. Kitchenette in room was nice. Balcony with view was nice. Free safe parking. Good location. Beds were just okay. Needed blankets. Rooms could use a bit of upgrading, but was great for the price. No breakfast, but in-room coffee pot. Nice pool.

Pro's: love that its privately owned, staff are kind and friendly. Good location, directly across the main road from the boardwalk. AC unit worked well. Well maintained property and grounds, parking lot felt safe, dog friendly with reasonable fee. Just all around adorable <3 would recommend to others and stay again. Potential areas of improvement: blackout curtains or thicker curtains of some kind, dont get me wrong, the sunrise is beautiful but its a lot to take in at 5am if you had a late night.

The hotel is in great location, right across the street from the beach. There are plenty of free parking spots behind the inn. The pool area was clean and in good condition. The young gentleman who checked me in and out, provided excellent customer service. Two suggestions: paint or replace the microwave oven with rust spots on top (ocean air), replace television with a more current model (the picture on the old Toshiba was not great). Thank you!
