What a great place to stay! A lazy river, two pools, clubhouse, bar and grill by the pool, activities all day long for kids or adults. The room/apt was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony overlooked the pool. Highly recommend for families and couples!

Enjoyed all the pools, the walkable restaurant and poolside bar. Great spacious and clean room. Good free coffee, great spots to take photos. Unfortunately a little further away from the main tourist areas but easy & quick transportation options available in area.

Staff was all amazingly, friendly and helpful. Lots of things were not working, though, the hot tub, the Wi-Fi and parking was an issue due to all the construction material. I think charging the resort fee when most of the things are not working is not great. Hopefully they get construction done and everything back to working. I will stay here again though because they were friendly and clean.

We stayed a week and the property was beautiful and had plenty to do around the resort. Two restaurants and plenty of swimming options. Only issue was when we got there to check in we were told there was a fee of 195 which was never covered in the email or on hotel.com. However the toung lady waved it due to us not being made aware prior. The customer service was excellent and i wld recommend the property. I would definitely stay again.

Grounds were beautiful. Two very nice pools, one with a tiki bar. Furniture in room needs a little update but otherwise no issues. One thing though is if you stay on ground floor you might have noisy neighbors if they have kids. Too much heavy walking and running.

The hotel/resort was very family friendly. They had a lot of great activities for the kids and the pools were clean and nice. While our room was exactly what we needed as a family of 4, it was slightly run down and outdated. Appliances ver still dirty and things were generally just old. The drawers of thw dressers didn't close and the sliding glass door took an act of God to open and shut. Overall it was fine and met our needs. It was a good location and reasonably priced. I was disappointed to have to pay an unexpected resort fee when we checked in. $200 extra dollars that was not disclosed to us upon booking.
