Our stay at Indigo was a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was remodeled and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend it.

Rooms were excellent, nicely renovated, pool was a bit dirty, but its now out of season and probably unused anyway. Wanted to mention that there were some reviews mentioning no elevetor, which was totally incorrect! Everything was good, close to the beach and comfortable beds.

Hotel room was a renovated room, great view, had all the amenities and was very clean. The waterfall shower and heated mirror gave a touch of luxury. So great, we stayed an extra night!

Although the room was great with a nice view (I had to pay extra for though), the service/staff was like AI! We traveled all that way, got there at 3:00 and was told we couldn’t check in til 4….mind you, the beach hotel was not even half booked… at 3:59 we were told we STILL had to wait until EXACTLY 4pm. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and USUALLY as long as the room has been cleaned you can check In early. Wait!! They DID offer to let us check in an hour early… for $50 fee ! Just another way to rip people off! Like I said, decent place but HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Everything was great, the room were clean and newly renovated, all new, the only problem was with the beds. The mattresses sank into the head area and were very uncomfortable, and this is very important on vacation.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Beds were very hard. Everything was clean and newly renovated. Wish they had breakfast option.

So so but overall good.

A good clean hotel, with good staff, BUT, no internet for those that really need more than just checking email, Digital Nomads, go elsewhere. Wouldn't mind staying again if they can fix their internet. There are other options, it was expensive.

Room was clean. Didn't really see the staff. I had 2 rooms and only one got fresh towels. The sink was clogged the whole time in one room so had to go to the other one to brush teeth and wash face. Beautiful views. Pool and hot tub were good.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Myrtle Beach! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything smelled so fresh and clean. The housekeeping staff clearly take pride in keeping the hotel in top shape. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach—and the whole atmosphere felt relaxing and safe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Myrtle Beach!

The pool was green. There were cigarette butts in the hot tub. The desk is only open from 9am-11pm. Nice view and close walk to the beach and other amenities

Beach front property is the best part. Bed is comfortable. There is microwave and fridge and table and chairs to eat. Spacious room. With balcony. Needs improvement: ceiling has a damaged part and needs repair (shower area) and was reported to front desk. No real lobby. Just a very small office/store. There were 2-3 flies in the room that I had to subdue.
