We were put in the 3 story over flow building next to the tower and the that changed our experience from times we have stayed here before. The building doesn't have an elevator and you have to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool. Not a big deal if you knew that was the building you were staying in but I didn't like the surprise. I probably would have stayed somewhere else if I had known.

The amenties were great. There were not too many people crowding pool area which was an absolute plus. The room was a little tight in entry way but overall space good for me and my girls for overnight a longer stay woupd have not been big enough. View was perfect. Staff was nice and check in was fast. We checked in Christmas Day!

Room was clean, but they expected you to clean dishes without dish soap, the bed was scratchy, and the tv does not have smart tv capabilities. The hot tub has tiles falling off and there are no nozzles on the pvc jets so the bubbles go straight up and push a ton of water out of the tub and make it hard to sit near the edges. The pool and the lazy river were nice and heated, but there was a window missing to keep the humidity down, but the cold winter air ŵas jarring each time you pass it on the lazy river. Great location, tiki bar was even open on Saturday. May stay again if some upgrades are made.

The property was in need of maintenance. We arrived and were given a key that did not work. After being told to return to the room and try again, twice, they finally sent someone from maintenance to confirm the key did not work. Entering the room required a very firm butt bump to open the door as it sticks and is very heavy. Exiting the room would be almost impossible for someone elderly. The toilet runs continually, so when you try to flush it, there is no water in the tank and it always required 2 flushes. I tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and when they answered, they could not hear me. I used my cellphone to call and report the toilet issue and the phone issue. Neither were ever addressed during our 4 day stay. We tried to use the oven but there were no numbers on the knobs or the stove to identify what the knobs controlled or the temperature for the oven. So, I turned what I thought was the oven knob by process of eliminating the burner dials, but it never turned on and did not heat. We came home after a show one evening and all the handicapped spaces were taken. A security guard sent us to park across the street, but allowed another vehicle to park in a temporary registration space for the night. Finally, I found 2 very small roaches on the bath mat in the EXTREMELY small bathroom one morning. DEFINITELY find another location to stay, This hotel would be a NEVER again location.

Everything was beautiful, this is a place I will definitely come back to. The view was absolutely amazing and the beach access was wonderful. It was rainy and cold but it was still beautiful. The only issue we had was that our television would not work and we could not get an answer from the front desk. If I can, I will rebook for my grandchildren's spring break in April. They will love it!!!
