"This hotel is very nice, and our room with a balcony over looking the pool area was lovely. The lobby is lovely with a bar, nice sit down restaurant, and coffee and sandwich counter. It's located in a GREAT location walkung distance to many restaurants, chocolate shops, and fun sites. We walked to a wonderful breakfast restaurant called "Sunday Sunday", a beautiful historic church, and SCAG for a tour. However, we found staff to be less than helpful upon arrival which is super important. We were left to find and figure out how to get our bags into the hotel and navigate the lobby which was quite busy. Not a good first impression, but after that we were good."

"This hotel was great. Loved the decor such character and charm. Greet location can walk to everything. Loved west hung the ships out the window. Hotel smelled great. Lots of little perks . Room decorated nice several restaurants available. Will stay again for sure. Complimentary drinks and snacks also. What a find. Right in the heart of everything."

Gave it 4/5 stars due to details being over looked with service and our room that for the cost and status of the resort, I dont feel like they should be over looked. Details that, IMO, goes back to management's hiring and training of the staff. Overall loved our trip. Would come back. Appreciated the convenience of everything in on spot."
