「Staff were great! The front desk, dining room staff, maintenence all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good. We did have trouble locking the patio door, but maintenence was helpful. The hand-held shower didn't work (accessible room), and the water temperature was impossible to adjust. The noise from the dining area was loud until midnight. 」

「We had an overall nice stay but the hotel could use some updating . The staff was great especially Rochelle and Alisha . They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus. A shuttle to the airport would have made it better. 」

「The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
