"We just stayed for 2 nights. Room was beautiful and clean. King size bed was super comfy while sheets were luxurious. Wine and cheese daily 4-5 was a nice touch w Barbara being the charcuterie hostess and she was so welcoming to all who attended. Breakfast was excellent with many options and had us full til dinner time! Location was great everything was nearby. We loved it and will be back!"

"This was my first time visiting Charleston, and I was impressed! Once I was off the plane, I noticed how beautiful and clean the airport was. I was driven to The Mills House by a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman, who gave me a brief history of Charleston. Once inside The Mills House, it was heavenly, thanks to the amazing staff. I enjoyed coffee at The Black Door Cafe, which offers breakfast options, sweets/treats, smoothies, affogato, and lunch options to eat there or take on the go. The Iron Horse restaurant had a great bar and delicious dinner options. There is a beautiful outside garden to sit in and a nice pool with food options too! And NO, I don't work for the hotel :) One last thing: every afternoon, for an hour or a bit longer, champagne is available in the lobby area for all guests who want to indulge, and you can enjoy plenty of refills if you want to be the winner! Just in case I didn't say enough about the staff, everyone was WONDERFUL!"
