「設施十分令人滿意，這次已經是第二次回訪。如果還有機會到熊本旅遊，會毫不猶豫再回來住第三次！由於是屬於郊外的環境，有些房間屋頂可能有鳥巢，所以地上有一些鳥類排泄物，如果能處理就太棒了！另外希望可以在門口提供圍欄～」

「Our stay at this accomodation was probably the highlight of our 3 week trip around Japan. Both the accomodation itself and the personnel heavily contributed to this aside from the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji. I can only recommend this accomodation to anyone who would like to spend some quiet time in nature while being close to Fuji.」

「Best experience ever! Highly recommend as part of a honeymoon experience. 」

「One of the best hidden gem in Kintamani area. This place has best view of mountain and lake. All staff is very friendly & helpful. The access to property is a bit confusing, you should ask around in case if you got lost. But it’s super worth it. I want to come back again for sure!」

「Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel tout juste ouvert ! En trois mois de voyage nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli qu'au survival. Un service 5 étoiles pendant nos séjours de 3 nuits. C'était une expérience très réussie de dormir dans des tentes Super bien équipées (très bonne litterie, climatisation...). Nous recommandons vivement pour ceux qui cherchent le dépaysement et surtout une vue splendide sur une plage de cocotier à la sortie de la tente !!! Presque les pieds dans l'eau.」
