Upstairs could convert to 2 separate bedroom, very cozy and warm, nice home

被子、枕頭、床墊不乾淨，還殘留血漬、假睫毛跟黑黑的毛絮，垃圾桶很髒，洗衣機裡還留有不屬於我們的襪子，根本就沒有整理清潔過讓下一位住戶使用，同行的6位家人，全部身上都過敏長了很多紅色的腫塊跟紅斑，奇癢無比，需要的話我可以立即提供每個人身上過敏的照片，一個旅館最基本的乾淨整潔居然都沒達到，我去過日本這麼多次，第一次有這麼糟糕的住宿感受，太讓人失望了，旅遊應該是愉快的，卻因為以上的問題，造成不好的回憶。

What is amazing about the house is the position. We loved the bakery, coffee shop, grocer and child’s play park next door. Great location & cute little house. Perfect for a few days of sightseeing, however beds are not suited to tall people & quite uncomfortable. Can feel floor through mattress & not enough pillows.

The property is really small. The facility is generally good.

We loved our stay in Araiya! The house was absolutely beautiful, with such attention to detail. We were perfectly comfortable and will return next time we're in Tokyo. The hosts were very welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast each morning.
