「環境非常清幽寧靜，但又與大原的主要景點很相近。晚餐及早餐食物水準及服務都是一流。房間、澡堂及溫泉環境也很整潔。很值得一試的溫泉旅館。 唯獨溫泉的空間相對小，每次只能容納4人。但由於本身房間數目不多，所以也不會出現要排隊等候泡溫泉的情況。」

「床鋪非常舒服，方便去一早沒什麼人的竹林小道與渡月橋，天龍寺與周邊其他景點，可以在其他遊客過來前逛完。享受清幽的時光。」

「When me and my companion arrived Ohara bus station, we informed the minshuku and the staff arrived quickly and picked us up. He was very nice and explained to us what we could do around the small town. It was the season of firefly sighting so we decided to explore the town at night, he noticed that me and my companion was wearing short sleeves and quickly told us to wear a jacket to protect us from insect bites, he even lend us a torch as it was quite dark on the streets. 「一到旅館，旅館員工便來接待，還細心叫我坐下 ，不用在前台站著，然後又詳細地跟我介紹旅館。 還帶我看看溫泉沿場的環境。 因為旅館沒有電梯，服務員會幫忙把行李搬到房間，還貼心說退房的時候把行李放在房間，服務員會幫忙拿下來。 旅館環境雖細小但挺舒服的 溫泉浴場男女湯會每日互換，唯一不足是其中一個浴場太細小了，如果有其他人一起泡會挺尷尬的。 如果來京都又想住溫泉旅館又不想太花費，這是個不錯的選擇」
