"Good - the location, price and cleanliness. Not so good - the decor and design is aimed at the under 30s and the room itself reminded me of a cabin on a cruise ship. Bad - having to use an IPad screen to operate the TV and lights. Very inconvenient and a great way to spread diseases. "

"Was very lovely and modern facility. Liked being on Fleet Street during Easter weekend...so quiet. Very convenient to Trafalgar Square and a 5 minute walk from the Tube. Also on a bus route if we did not feel like walking. Had some difficulty getting the staff to regulate the cooling system in the room."

"The room is small (I know this prior to booking), but the stay was excellent- from breakfast, to the staff, the bar at the 7th floor, the common area in the ground floor. Very good value for money considering London is expensive. "

"All good, only complaints are 1, very small rooms. If I didn't know it was purpose built for Sofitel I'd think it was an ibis Budget that Sofitel bought and refurbished. 2, I slept well, husband was very uncomfortable and didn't really sleep at all 3, bathroom small and dark 4, Lounge small and not many comfy seats or sockets 5, I washed my long hair and picked up the shower drainer to get my hair out of it and wished I hadn't. No idea when that was last lifted up or cleaned, but it wasn't...
