I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The property is good and the service is also very good. The breakfast at the Residence is basic but good. It is nicely done up. The only negative I found was that the size of the room was very small and all I could see outside were dirty roof tops. I requested another room but I was told that this is the only room I can get for the price I paid to Expedia and an upgrade would cost me 75 pounds per day extra. Very disappointing.

This is a fabulous unique hotel centrally located in London. The Londoner is beautiful, awesome rooms, unique offerings including restaurants, evening entertainment, great Spa & Pool. But this is highly complimented by great staff willing to help anytime. I recall Tyler offering great support when I really needed it to get to a tour that we had signed up for. Then there was Ola at checkout time who guided us very well about getting an official London Taxi to the Heathrow as opposed to Uber (The London Taxi have access to the Bus Lanes!). We plan to visit the Londoner at some future point....perhaps bring our kids too!

The property has had a good upgrade and the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was okay but small and paying the price I paid for the night I would have expected better (not a Shard) the location was great for what we wanted to do. The restaurant staff were great but the food in the signature restaurant took me back to the 80s poor presentation and small portions and menu was dated but that said the wine and whiskey was good.

Great property right in the middle of everything. The spa was great, the food was great, and the staff were exceptional. Two things that brought it down a bit, as other have said the non-suite rooms are small, which would not have been a big deal BUT there was NO storage. One drawer and a place to hang things. That was it, we lived out of our suitcases. Also, no refrigerator was a bummer. Not a huge deal but if the point of this is to better enable travelers to make the right decision for them, worth mentioning.

We had a wonderful five day stay. We ate at all of the restaurants and had champagne daily outside. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The closets are small and there is no where to store luggage.

Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for helping to make Mitch's 40th birthday so special. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything just felt really special from the moment we arrived. The only very slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, as we'd been looking forward to visiting it, but it certainly didn't take away from what was an amazing stay. We'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
