Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one.
Only one small issue is that our Family room is facing the street, and there was someone singing karaoke at night, fortunately he stopped after 11pm.

服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅 很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。

客房乾淨空調及熱水都很穩定，最值得一提是員工服務絕對五星級。早餐也特別豐富，雖然我只能給四星是因為這地區比較老舊，但是我們非常滿意這家旅館。
