The property is well located, safe, comfortable and impeccably clean, the staff were excellent, very helpful, hospitable and kind. The breakfast was included and the setting was lovely, wide selection of tasty offerings, we especially enjoyed the Pho. We booked treatments at the on site spa and were very pleased with our fabulous massages, facials, and the on site Onsen. Highly recommend!"

We are pretty sure they were called in and not on staff so I can’t say if your experience will be the same or not."

They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"

Our room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious, featuring a fantastic mattress that made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering plenty of choices for everyone alongside excellent coffee. We had a seamless, great experience all the way through. We also booked two excursions directly through the hotel reception: a trip to Ninh Binh and a Ha Long Bay Cruise, both operated by Heritage Travel. We highly recommend both trips! The guides and organizers were fantastic. Thank you to the wonderful team at Proverb Hotel for making our trip so memorable!"
