We had a great stay at this hotel, the largest king bed I have ever seen! Great bathroom and toiletries, friendly staff with great customer service orientation. Also extremely walkable around the old quarter. Highly recommended.

Our stay was amazing, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Staff were so helpful and friendly, definitely made our stay. Had plenty of breakfast options and roof top bar was amazing! In a great location and walking distance from everything.

This must be the best hotel we have ever stayed at - particularly the staff who were utterly outstanding. Their communication was stunning, they had so many languages between them and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was brilliant within walking distance of so many attractions and minutes from the lake. There were so many restaurants of outstanding quality within five minutes of the hotel, although the hotel breakfasts were fabulous. Don’t stay anywhere else if you are in Hanoi!! We will definitely be back and were sad not to stay longer

The staff were lovely. Very clean hotel. We couldn’t stay for breakfast on our last day, the staff prepared a breakfast we could take away. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at The Solaria Hotel, everything was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were excellent, check in was quick. They gave us lots of information about the area which was helpful. Check out was quick and the staff were excellent with helping us get a grab ride to the airport.
